I am passionate about educating my clients and helping them rediscover health, comfort, and ease in their body/mind/spirit.
After practicing and teaching massage therapy for 10 years, I enrolled in the Integrative Health Studies program at the California Institute of Integrative Studies. I achieved my Masters in 2016 and in 2017 was part of the first group of Nationally Certified Health and Wellness Coaches in the US through the International Consortium for Health & Wellness Coaching; now the International Consortium for Health & Wellness Coaching. After graduating, I expanded my massage practice to include Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching as well as Transformative Imagery. My 15 years practicing and teaching massage was deeply satisfying and it was time to approach my client interactions in a different way so at the end of 2018 I gave up the bodywork piece of my practice. I am currently seeing private clients for Coaching, Imagery, and private Education. I am expanding my education into Patient Navigation to further help my clients in their quest for wellness. |
